Well the end to a dismal week i am feeling better but will not be setting out to clean today Still not 100%. Instead I am taking a hermit day Naked as much as possible and yes the house will be nice and warm work a bit on the toy box, do some writing and chatting . Mostly regain some of my inner strength. Lots of tea , healing music and quiet revelations. Or so I have planned what the world decides to give me could be a whole other matter but that could be more fun could it not.
