Exercising

It would seem that s we age it is not the exercising that is hard but the recovering  is. The body takes longer to bounce back, for example. I was doing a yoga exercise where you lay down bring you knee up and push it to the opposite side while keeping your opposite shoulder on the floor and face point opposite the direction of your toes. When i finished age set in and would not allow me to get up in any sort of dignified manner. Instead of rolling my body up and regaining my feet in a leap of eloquence i twisted and grunted to roll to my chest then a half hearted push to bring me to my knees and when did they make wood floors so hard?

After a few more standing exorcises i return to the floor to do a jackknife and i did look like a trailer truck that had twisted it's trailer so the cab was staring at it yes i do not think i was supposed to be huffing and puffing just to bring my shoulder off the floor to meet my knees this went so well that if my shoulder sand feet were looking for a relationship well don't count on children from that meeting. Last was that exercise where your roll up into shoulder stand well lest say my feet could not get up easily so i threw them causing my knees to land beside my  head . I found this position to be most amusing and the exposure would have surpassed any bondage position i decide to lay like that and enjoy the fantasy. Then with great effort again started the process of getting up.

So i guess it is not the exercise as we have been told but the struggle to get up from it that makes it a work out!
