Protocols, i do not think that they carry the same weight as they once did but i like them. They allow for many things most importantly they give the slave guidelines.
In the past i have had slaves they had protocols some that no one understood why. One such slave minion was given a protocol that she could not enter or leave a room i was in, she had to wait at the door way and wait. Sp,e thought it was sort of foolish especially when i sent her to do something. The protocol was to help her posture . she knew that if she did not come in or out with a straight back she would stand there. So it was a good protocol to me and gave me control of her every movement.
Sometimes it is hard to decipher a dominant from a submissive or save. There used to be a protocol of floor being the place for slaves and subs but no more. The hankie protocol is gone also.
